Choosing a DI Type on the Zoom B6
How I go about picking which DI Type to use. Everyone hears differently but this is basically how I go about choosing which one for the situation I’ll be using the B6. Hopefully someone will find the information and methods I use a little helpful. Thanks for watching and please leave a comment, like, and subscribe for more bass!!!! #zoompedals #effectspedals #bass #tascam #zoomb6

Just bought this unit a few days ago. These videos help. Thanks for explaining the DI differences. For the money, this unit is in a class of its own. I replaced a B3 that I had mixed feelings about. B6 is pretty amazing.

I’ve had many units through the years and when it comes to strictly bass, the B6 is superior to others. I wonder what the next unit will have in store for us.
Thank you Terry!!

I’ve been using this effects processor for the last year and a half or so and it’s great I can pretty much get whatever sound I’m looking for and your 100% right the headphones don’t sound like it will with an amp or whatever your using. Keep the videos coming brother your doing an amazing job thanks man!

Thank you so much for watching. And especially thank you for the kind words.
I have ZOOM B2 four and ZOOM G6 coming tomorrow. The B6 is on the big pedalboard. But I need home practice and band practice rigs. I'm tired of tearing down and setting up day to day to just play.

I hate moving heat as well. I keep a rig setup at home, one at a rehearsal spot, and one that gets used gigging.
I see you are using the MXR Bass compressor, with the boss pedal. Are you running it to the FX loop? Thanks.

I run my bass into the compressor, then into the B6 input.

I prefer to tighten my bass signal up before any processing happens. 80% of the time I use a 6 string bass (go ahead and give me some crap🤣), so my tone is evened out a bit. It really only kicks in on the ultra low end from how I have it set. Thanks for watching and thanks for asking.
