This video is a testament to the adage 'Fortune Favors the Bold'. You took that risk of frame one calm minding while staring down primal groudon and it paid off. Also the insane luck of dragon tail missing didn't hurt. Still awesome playing Vinny, glad to see you get the massive 6-0 sweep!

Vinny was calling back to Frank's incredulity of Alakazam randomly rolling into Magic Bounce (its natural ability). Since Vinny had his randomized, the odds of it coming back are really small.

Mega Altaria bringing down hail to let the opponent get never miss blizzards would be such a chad move for the fluffy dragon to do. Frank is the king of throwing, Shady and Dylan wish they had a third of Frank's tossing ability.

Revenge for the cagelocke series. I love it.

This is a lesson: Never trust in a 90% accurate move and *DO NOT* let Mega Alakazam set up

Stealth Rock was also a bad idea even without knowing about Magic Bounce. Simply imagining Primal Groudon using Earthquake on Alakazam would be enough to shatter its bones and send it to the PC box in the sky

right before the battle i was just thinking 'you know, frank's REALLY good at the first part of these videos, but he's a lot less good at the second part, whereas vinny Can be good in either of them, and he wasn't really that good in the first one, so honestly, call me crazy but my money's on vinny winning this with some crazy strats despite the busted team frank has right now' and then i was like 'wait why is the video almost over, how short is this battle' and well, you know the rest xD

Here’s the biggest deciding factor in why Frank lost so badly. He was overconfident AND brought The Don. Those two factors together are basically multiplying 2 negative numbers that somehow comeback as a larger negative number. MATH DOES NOT CONFINE THE DON!

of course vin the type of lad gets the most odd pokemon with even more odd ability combo and sweeps with against a team that had 5 out the 6 pokemon he chose the ability on. when vin sweeps or gets lucky its over. its god damn over

My pick for a new Mega this gen is Revavroom; it feels made for one, give it Speed Boost as an Ability, lose some Sp. Att., and pump all the stat boosts into Att. and both Defences. It gets Shift Gear, so as long as you get one turn of setup it can outspeed max speed Regieleki…

Does anyone want to see Smeargle get either a buff/mega, or would y’all be more excited to just see it become a fairy-type through a variant/form??? It’s been rumored for a long time, and the original one ALMOST appeared thanks to Terapagos… however it was only temporary, but I’m glad they could see the light of day again even if just for a little bit. I’m glad the rumors about it exist, I was merely told that it was just a story all this time. So yeah, Fairy-Smeargle hype from me(even if it doesn’t get the same treatment as Audino or other lesser-known Pokémon)!
