It was understood that gap between cartilage reduced resulting knee pain during walk and staircase climb. Now we are taking calcium tablets with painkillers tablets. More ever I am doing yoga exercises for the same. But it seems that it's not sufficient for complete relief. Kindly advise me more treatment related to the above said problems. My MRI report shown Grade 1 signal in posterior of medial meniscus, And thinning of cartilage along superomedial part of patella may be early changes of chondromalacia patellae, DD degenerative.these conclusion of right knee And mild patchy marrow edema in patellae.
