Are peaches really different in South Korea or are they served when they’re still very firm unlike in America where we enjoy our peaches much softer; less like an apple and more custard-like. This looks delicious and was satisfying to watch. Thank you for the upload. What was the banana drink? A milk tea? Was that a sprig of rosemary on top?

It's a nectarine, different from a peach. Skin texture is smoother and they're slightly more tart than a peach. Should be eaten while still kind of firm.

Después de montar las claras montadas echa una crema, alguien sabe que es y cómo se hace? Además al final cuando emplata los panqueques le echa otra crema por encima que tampoco sé que es.

Lo amarillo creo que es masa (harina, leche, azúcar, polvo de hornear) de panqueque y supongo que después le pone crema de leche o nata montada.

He was probably going slow for the camera’s sake and to make it look more artistic. Also there was a sit down area so there is a place for the customers to enjoy it and to wait until their orders are done if there is a long waiting line.
