Chocolats Camille Bloch: «From Bean to Bar»

The provenance of the ingredients is very important to Chocolats Camille Bloch. This film takes us on a journey to the region in Ghana where the cacao used in specialities like Ragusa and Torino comes from. We can see how the cocoa is cultivated and harvested, and we can follow its way to Courtelary, in the Bernese Jura. This is where the production plant of the family business is situated, and where delicious chocolates are made. The film was shot between 2013 and 2014 in Ghana and in Switzerland.
