I made it and it was so beautiful and sooo good! Combination of raspberries and chocolate is classic. I just had difficulty cutting it. The second layer with chocolate was so hard because chocolate sets of course. So it was nearly impossible to cut through it. Otherwise perfection! I LOVE your channel and made so many of your cakes ! Thank you!

glad to hear you enjoyed the cake.. the butter in the crunch helps this layer not to harden all the way.. but next time you can consider adding 1 tbsp of cream too..

Thanks for yet another of your amazing recipes!!! My only concern is to remove the base before adding the raspberry mousse - placing it on a dish and then using the specially designed expandable ring to help mould the dessert. It was lovely seeing your face! I don't know why you hide it most of the time...
