His creativity and ingeniously ways to make the shapes, textures and effects, even the tools he use... Are beyond me! Amaury was born to be an artist, happens that he fell in love with sweets, but he could also do any other art and I know we would be listening about him. A blessed mind and heart

This is the kind of sculpture that not only is really impressive, but also would be really desirable as a permanent sculpture in enamel painted metal. Yet the impermanence adds a wonderful valuable quality and a fragility that just enhances it greatly. Despite being a fan of a lot of impermanent artforms already, this channel has taught me to truly _understand_ that not everything is better in more permanent materials.

So I always find this kind of thing so insanely impressive, because not only do you have to have the know-how to make chocolate of different consistencies, but you also have to be artistically inclined. It’s always fascinating to watch.
