Every time I cook according to your recipe, I get it perfectly, and this is due to the fact that you write any little thing like 1 egg (52 gr) or features of cooking in a convection oven. All my colleagues at work were very excited about this carrot cake, although I didn't give much hope to this recipe because of carrots! But that's fine!! 와.. 어케 이렇게 깔끔하게 하지.. 아이싱 하다보면 진짜 균형도 안 맞고 내가 생각하는 만큼의 이쁜 레터링이 안나오던데.. 저도 촉촉하고 크림과 시트와 먹을 수 있는 장식의 조화가 딱 맞아서 맛있는 케이크 만들고 싶어요..ㅠㅠ
