Hello, I'm Joconde.
In this video, I present a crepe book cake with a white chocolate cover.
I got inspired by the cross-section of the crepe, which reminded me of the pages of a book, so I decided to give it a try.
I coated the soft-textured crepes with basic whipped cream.
The book cover is crafted using white modeling chocolate.
Making this crepe book cake was truly an enjoyable process.

Ingredients:
♥︎ Crepes
520g Milk
80g Butter
1g Salt
4g Vanilla Extract
4 Eggs (208g)
60g Sugar
200g cake flour
♥︎ White Modeling Chocolate
180g White Coating Chocolate
52g Corn Syrup
Rose-Pink Edible Food Coloring
♥︎ Tools
Rolling Pin, Marzipan Tools
14x18cm square pan.

크레이프 케이크 겉면 잘라낸거 진짜 맛있겠다.. 베이킹 도중에 나오는 저런 자투리 부분은 한입 쏙 넣으면 정말 맛있고 행복함..😋
