    Hello. Thank you very much for seeing it. I made a prototype three times. I tried using a leavening agent/baking powder, but More than moist feeling, Gives a fluffy finish, It wasn't the texture I was looking for. This cookie has a delicious moist texture, so after adding starch syrup to the prototype, I was able to create a cookie with the texture I was looking for. Since it contains butter and starch syrup, it has a very delicious texture when eaten at room temperature without chilling it in the refrigerator.
