Ingredients :
Biscuit:
4 eggs.
2 cups of sugar.
3 cups of flour to prepare pancakes, crepes.
1 cup of cocoa or cocoa powder.
1 cup which is equal to 250 ml cups of milk.
1 cup which is equal to 250 ml coffee.
2 cups which is equal to 450 ml cups of oil.
- 18 to 20 cm mold. (3 moulds).
Bake at 180° for around 35 min. and go reviewing.
- Chocolate bitumen:
2 cans of condensed milk which is equal to 790 grams.
1 can of carnation milk which is equal to 360 grams or 350 ml of heavy cream.
125 grams of butter.
300 grams of dark chocolate.
Notes: Mix little by little over medium heat for about 15 min.
Recipe for Chocolate sponge cakes with wheat flour:
200g wheat flour (without leavening agent)
300g icing sugar
60g bitter cocoa
1 tsp/ 1/2 tbsp Baking soda.
1/2 tsp/ 1/2 tsp Fine salt
125ml Coffee
120ml Milk
120 g butter
2 uni Eggs
