This time, I tried to recreate a sweet I bought at a convenience store with a slight upgrade.
The original is delicious, but the one I made turned out delicious as well.

[Ingredients]
| A - Cocoa sponge
A - Flour: 50g
A - Cocoa powder: 10g
Granulated sugar: 60g
A - egg size L: 2
B - unsalted butter: 10g
B - Salad oil: 10g
B - Milk: 10g
1. Set a cookie sheet in a 15cm mold.
2. Mix A together and sieve.
3. Melt B in a pan of hot water.
Beat the whole egg with granulated sugar at high speed until warm.
5. Mix in the flour with a rubber spatula.
6. Add a little of the whisked egg mixture to B and mix it all together.
Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake for 30 minutes.
8. Turn the sponge upside down.
9. Slice it in 10mm pieces.
[Chocolate cream]
Fresh cream 35%: 80g
Fresh cream 47%: 80g
Granulated sugar: 12g
A - Sweet chocolate 56%: 40g
A - Milk: 20ml
1. Prepare ice water. Blend the cream, add the granulated sugar and whip until thickened.
For the ganache, warm the chocolate slightly in the microwave, add the milk, microwave again, and mix thoroughly.
Put the ganache in the cream and mix immediately to adjust the consistency. (If the consistency is like the one in the video, it will not harden strongly in the refrigerator and will stay soft forever.

Great!!! Can you please making Japanese famous banana rolled mini cake? Somewhere (Nagoya or Kyoto) very famous for its kinda cake. Tourist sure buy one of this product. Cheers

If you are looking for a interesting chocolate treat, than i have a suggestion. How about your take on a Cadbury Cream Egg. There are three variations that i know of. There is your standard that looks like you cracked open an egg. Then there is one with chocolate cream. Finally there is one with caramel inside. Another option is a holiday chocolate called The Chocolate Orange. It comes in a tin foil wrapper. You take it and slam it onto the table. When you open it, it is split up into pieces that look like orange slices.

The chocolate orange is just molded wedges of flavoured chocolate joined by a core, so it seems a little simple for this channel.

anon763 he once did prepackaged pie pastry, cut and baked in strips, with a simple two or three ingredient chocolate ganache between two strips to form a sandwich. He does not seem to discriminate - chocolate is chocolate :)
