Chocolate Mold amzn.to/1TNHxDf Today I'm sharing a dessert recipe for a Melting Chocolate Ball. After seeing so many videos floating around on Facebook I was inspired to make my own!

RECIPE
Melted Chocolate
Caramel Sauce
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Cream
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and heat over medium hight heat for 7-10 minutes until thickened.

the best chocolate ball video I saw on KZread.I even got the ball mould from the site you provided.my friends were shocked when they saw the theatrical effect of the ball.I even made a shall hole in one ball and filled it with whipped cream n mousse with a siphon.IT JUST TASTED HEAVENLY!..

Your recipe is so hard to recreate. How do you prevent the chocolate from sticking to the plastic ball mold? When I open the plastic mold, the chocolate splits in half. The half sphere chocolate wont come off the mold.
I tried it it's so tasty
I don't melt the bottom, I keep it whole, and also I have separated the middle and recovered it and another method is not connecting the molds and leaving then separate and let extra chocolate drip out then combine later

I cant get mine to release form the mold, even though it's been setting in the freezer for hours now. Do you use any sort of release spray on the mold?

How you get out the chocolate bowl from the shape? Mine always finishe being broken... I never get it out entire... what's the secret? Thanks

I can absolutely NOT get to the "Chocolate ball" part, because by then, there probably won't be enough chocolate.......
