Chocolate Vanilla Cake Rusk
Ingredients:
Sugar 190 gm
Oil 125 gm
Eggs 4
Flour 175 gm
Baking powder 10 gm
Water 15 gm
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Lemon essence 4 drops
Cocoa powder 10 gm
Method:
In a bowl beat together sugar, eggs and oil. Then add in flour and baking powder, beat well. Now add in lemon juice and lemon essence. Mix well. Then add in water and mix well. Now divide the mixture into two portions. In the first portion add cocoa powder and flour it properly. Then add the two mixtures individually and bake it in an oven at 160 c for about 30 minutes. Now remove it from an oven and allow it to cool. Then cut it like cake rusk and bake it again at 130 c. Lastly place it onto a serving platter. Serve.

Chocolate Almond Cookies
Ingredients:
Butter 100 gm
Sugar 30 gm
Almond powder 30 gm
Almonds (chopped) 50 gm
Flour 130 gm
Vanilla powder 2 pinches
Melted chocolate as required
Method:
In a bowl add butter and sugar together. Then add in almond powder and mix well. Now add in flour and vanilla powder, mix well. Then add in chopped almonds and fold it properly. Now allow the mixture to cool for a while. Then spread the dough evenly and cut it like square shape. Now place them onto the baking tray and bake it in an oven at 160 c for about 15 minutes. Remove it and allow it to cool. Then melt the chocolate. Dip the cookies in the chocolate and allow them to set. Lastly place it onto the serving plate and serve.
