SAME, literally I drank daily for 3 months, a few hours after I stopped drinking I started hearing and seeing things, I felt so scared, everything was freaking me out, I was shaking so badly too and sweating, 100mg of Librium brought me back to a normal mindset, and I’ve felt fine since, this pill is a life saver

Best benzodiazepine there is. Unlike the stronger benzos, you don’t blackout, no major cognitive dysfunction, and in general you’re easily able to recall the things you did and said while on Librium. I fucking love this stuff.

One thing many anxious people would want to know is, how long after ingested are the effects substantially felt and how long until the effects are substantially minimal, with the latter obviously depending on the person's metabolism particularly with the elderly or those with poor liver function (common among alcoholics) having it stay in the system 2X or more longer. The information I have is the effects are felt in approximately a half hour on an empty stomach or longer if not empty, with full effect taking closer to 2 hours, with a half life of between 5 to 30 hours (under 10 is most realistic) and an active metabolite (with minimal effect except after eventual accumulation over multiple doses) for an additional 36 to 200 hours. Do not rely on this information. Follow the instructions of your prescribing physician.

Can you still be prescribed for anxiety? I see almost everyone is mentioning alcohol withdrawal. I don’t have any addictions but I’d prefer this versus Clonazepam, Alprazolam or others as is an older drug and I find many older drugs to be more effective. That’s just me.

@@Chris-ry5ot Can I please ask you how you stopped drinking once you started this medication? Was it hard and did you quit cold turkey once you took a pill? I'm so scared but my doctor gave me a 60 day supply to start me off. 25mgs pills. I'm just really scared and want someone to be honest and tell me the truth. I wake up every morning sweating and shaking because my body needs a drink. How did you start taking this? I have to drink every morning, but am scared that if I stop drinking, I'll have another seizure. Nobody on You-Tube seems to have an answer. Could you please explain to me how it worked for you? A doctor uses every moment to say a drug they administer causes aggression Lies Librium helps alcoholic to feel relaxed while in withdraw But doctors like to let alcoholics suffer by not giving Librium meaning not treating the patient And the alcoholic knows they are not being treated they cry out for Librium but get ignored causing distrust against medical staff and wrightfully so doctors can be vindictive also most alcoholics are considerate it's an addiction mainly caused by people abusing their power of position against a person who was once non alcholic And that has caused their alcoholism like the doctor who refuses to treat a patient by not administering Librium immediately The doctors are a long time around they know what they are doing and by not treating they are mistreating Which removes their duty of care and today that is becoming very common in hospitals in all catagories more time is spent on a computer than treating patients is it data backed or they don't know what to do and Google it Its a digital world digital cameras doctors digital distrust no morals any longer all gone BUT HEY ITS THE FUTURE AND SO IS GARLIC BREAD WHAT'S THIS GARLIC BREAD.
