THIS is legit. This is so beautiful because of the immaculate mixing on the angelic vocals of these two goddesses. The production is so fresh but doesn't require much to make it that. It allows the voices to really ride the melody and when the 808 bass came in and then following the drums it all brings together a magical piece of music that is triumphant in its sound. It is a piece of great victory even if one is content in their losses..all in all these kids gon be alright.

People calling them RnB upset me because imagine if a white person was singing their songs they'd call them pop or adult contemporary. It's like anything black people do original or even alternative still places them in RnB. Look at Janelle Monae- Rock/Alternative/etc. Prince, Lionel Richie Country, Solange etc Heck the Weeknd wins Rnb awards while he is making what are Pop standards. The only black artist to break out of this trend is Rihanna and Janet Jackson perhaps because of the people behind them I suppose.

I really like this. The "ambient" tone anchoring the song throughout is welcome. I found myself quickly thinking, "This doesn't need any drums. keep it going. I like it just like this." At least when the percussion came in it was kind of subtle. I wish this song was a lot longer actually. I need a ten minute ambient extended remix or something. :) And also, in my opinion, I believe that Chloe and Halle sound like Chloe and Halle. Period. They obviously have multiple influences but their sound is theirs. They have a refreshing one/two punch going on that is rather exquisite. I pray they don't get lost in the giant shadow that a lot of people want to cast over them.

As a gen z it makes it sad, to see that popular music has become soulless and manufactured for image and not for talent and art like it used to be. We have great talented artists that get overshadowed because there “different” not suiting the way the music is, but being different is very important because that’s what drives music to the core of greatness. That’s why I might be a musician one day and possibly help change music. But you’ll never know how popular you’ll get. I just have to be hopeful.

Yep and I can only think of a few people with such harmonious and synergistic vocal capabilities like they have. This is some serious talent backed by some ruthlessly unapologetic creativity, best combination that any lover of music could ask for, really!

First heard this song when I was 19 now I’m 23 it’s still underrated but definitely a great anthem for the youth🥹👏🏽🫶🏽. Glad they are now both doing well themselves🤍. The kids are really doing alright !

I can't believe I'm just now finding them. Sounds like a mix of Maggie Rogers and Beyonce, as well as their own original thing. They're also beautiful and have beautiful energy (and great clothes, lol). Love all of it.
