ABOUT NAKSHATRAS:
'Vedic' astrology has a complex system of stars aka 'nakshatras' or 'lunar mansions' working behind the scenes of the 'rashis' that are further related to 'deities' and 'mantras' found in the 'Vedas'.
In this series, I will briefly discuss the energy of each 'nakshatra' every day, following the Moon through his journey across the sky around the Earth.
In each video I will talk briefly about the 'nakshatra', its energy, its significance and also how planetary placements here influence your life and what they guide is towards.
This video is about the nakshatra of 'Chitra', which is the 14th 'nakshatra' out of a total of 27 and what its energy is like.
ABOUT CHITRA NAKSHATRA:
Ruled by the twin influences of Mars, the planetary ruler and Lord 'Vishwakarma', the 'architect of the gods', this is one lunar mansion which possesses oodles of drive, creativity and strong willed drive.
'Chitra' natives are heavily influenced by a need to claim autonomous expression in some shape or form.
While any planet placed in this 'nakshatra' has immense capabilities in terms of the ability to manifest a better life than was given, sometimes that creative vision may put the native at odds with others uncomfortable of their shine.
'Chitra' natives are destined for recognition in some way shape or form. Even if these individuals are born into households with very little to give them, with their tact, daring and creative thinking, these individuals are able to shine in life.
What's more, one of the primary 'shaktis' of this 'nakshatra' is the power to bear exceptional progeny.
So 'creativity' is actually a theme that overflows in this lunar mansion! So much so that these individuals even though may not always be the best parents, manage to end up raising successful children.
It is not unsurprising therefore that a lot of performers, engineers, artists, writers and architects, have this nakshatra prominent in their chart. In fact, 'Chitra' has a lot of the same energy as its preceding 'nakshatra' 'Hasta' in that this is also a pretty 'hands on' energy.
Wherever this 'nakshatra' is placed in the chart and wherever you have important planets placed here, you will see that you will be granted a lot of opportunities towards creating a better life for yourself.
