@@robr268 It's because she hasn't moved in years. Just a little bit of walking is a sudden amount of execise to her. The heart and limbs will be under an intense amount of pressure and just a little bit of walking will leave the muscles aching after such a long time unused. I just joined the gym this week and I'm no where near her size but over weight and how quickly my joints ache is vastly quicker and for longer then when I use to be fit and work out.

That's exactly what I said to myself. She could've made it. Hopefully next time.

My dad is overweight/obese. I always walk super slowly (I'm naturally a speed walker) when I walk with him, because I realise that he's carrying a couple hundred extra pounds around wherever he goes. As fit & active as I am, I'm not as strong as Chitoka. I could never carry 400 lbs from her front door to her driveway, or even halfway without wheels. The fact that she could carry so much weight as far as she did impresses me. She's a STRONG woman! I wish her luck in her journey. 👍🏿👍🏻👍🏾

I thought the title said she walks outside for the first time in 3000 years.

Tha's because of her positive attitude to change and work towards it. Most of these people are delusional and stay in denial. Worst part is that they get professional help that costs alot of money and they still don't care and keep eating junk while getting help. The taxpayers are the ones paying for it so it annoys people.

Regardless of how much pain she was in, she took a moment to enjoy the rain.. I love that, and I respect this woman. We all should that sometimes, enjoy the rain. Her beautiful attitude and soul says a lot about her, I could learn a lot from her. God bless her.❤️

As a fitness trainer, I believe that we need to encourage fitness to communities and have them participate in workouts. That would be nice.

Randy HD I agree 💯!! We have become such a sedentary society!! I love to work out, ride my bike, go hiking, dancing, ice skating. Too many people rely on cars to get around.

Don't know how tall you are but I'm 5'8" and weigh 130, at my highest. You're over sixty pounds heavier. I can't imagine carrying that much extra weight everywhere I go. Hope you lost it by now. You're endangering your health.

Black100 I work at a farm 10 till 5, 3 times a week, I'm at the gym doing HIIT and Bootcamp classes 4 times a week, take my dog out for a walk few times a week aswell as cook and clean in the house. I eat salad, fruit and veg daily and drink 5 pints of water, it's just what I snack on is stopping me too lose weight, which I'm trying too get control of.

this struggle is not unimaginable for me. i am thin but i suffer from a debilitating exhaustion. people don't understand it because i eat well, vegetarian diet. i work full time. they think it's s choice. we all have struggles in life, she seems to be working on her's and doing what she can. hats off to her

@@vagingo it doesnt, ive been to many specialists, had every kind of test even ridiculous ones for which i show no real symptoms like lupus. all test come back within normal ranges. this has gone on for years with no diagnosis and no real treatment. thank you for the suggestion but ive been tested for that more than a couple times by different docs.

I’m also a vegetarian and struggled with feeling the same way. I took Vitamin D and B, had my thyroid checked and still nothing. Then I got on antidepressants and that massive wall of resistance and fatigue disappeared. ...I never thought of myself as depressed because I wasn’t sad-I just felt overwhelmed and exhausted all the time and had quit caring about everything. Even taking a shower was a massive undertaking and something I had to motivate myself to do. I guess the point is that maybe you are also struggling with depression. Regardless, I hope you get it figured out. 🌻

You know what she might’ve not made it to the van BUT she made it outside and felt the rain on her skin. She can try and go to the doctor tomorrow, it’s a new day

I like she’s she’s not giving up hope and that it makes me sad because when she walks it hurts every step and if I had that I would BE DEAD but she’s strong so I know she can still do it
