Love the high modern urbanisation of Ogidi, and indeed, most of Anambra state. The neighbouring state has leadership which even destroys what others built in a city outside his state capital and pushes every one in the state to move to the capital of the state.

Very rich documentary,we need of this but hospital is very bushy a teaching hospital for that matter,Achebe remains a great man forever.

Good effort and exposition. More calls on the state governor to clear sand deposits on the roads, it will beautify our cities more and plant more uniform trees to uniquely identify the state by its fauna....we can choose Palms or any other throughout the State. Aesthetics help to give the State the ambience of a home.

The commissioner for environment needs to be relieved of his duties. All the roads in the state is filled with heaps of sand.

A far more celebral writer than Prof. Soyinka hyped by SW press. Gabriel Okara, Pius Okigbo, JP Clark, etc excellent icons of Nigeria.

He was in the University of Nigeria Nsukka UNN campus, not the Enugu campus. English and languages are in the main UNN campus in Nsukka. Enugu campus is the satellite campus that houses the business schools, law, and medicine. Nsukka has physical sciences, liberal arts, engineering, education, mass communication, vetinary medicine, physical education, pharmacy, etc. Achebe was a founding faculty member of UNN. During the war, he was the Biafran Information Minister. He returned to UNN after the war until he left for the U.S. Thanks for the effort. However, the University of Nigeria's main campus is not in Enugu. The vice chancellor and administration are all in Nsukka. Even the medical students spend their first year in Nsukka.
