How possible there are so many Muslim and Islamic restaurants and working staffs dressing like Muslim? Just think a while How possible this guy was able to enter every restaurants kitchen! Tai Bang Le !! I knew that fatty pork burger was going to be a 10 before you even ate it ! I don't know how, but often you can tell the foods that are going to be a 10/10 before you even taste them. Taking into account aspects such as the visual appearance, the way of preparation, the nature of the restaurant, and the attitude of the workers, all makes it easy to pick the 10/10 foods !

When I miss Chinese food I have to watch this guy eat...... I was born in china, yep...

There is some serious commitment to food in China. Countless varities. Thank You Trevor for exploring China. It is such a diverse country.

Roujiamo is the signature street food in Xi’an. Dude your videos are making even most Chinese people jealous

I was in Xi'an last December and tried most of these foods, really liked the steamed beef dumplings and the chinese burger!

Really into Xian food, so tasty and you have a broad range as well. There is one Xian Street food in Galway ( Ireland), but their recipes have been revised to cater for foreigners taste. But you will know the difference once you try original Xian food in China.

S Somms it makes sense since in China ppl dont cut their own food. If you force all western ppl use chopsticks, their chefs will have to master knife skills too.

I never thought about it that way, but it does make a ton sense. You can't expect someone to cut their food with Chopsticks, so Chefs have to make everything bite sized or at least small enough to be able to handled with Chopsticks.

Same can be said about Japanese chefs. They have amazing skills, especially with delicate protein like fish. A lot of chefs go to Japan to learn fish cutting.
