Chinese New Year (CNY) Teochew Dessert/新年潮州甜汤: Sweetness all year round/甜甜蜜蜜

Hey everyone, today we are going to be presenting a Dessert that is a must serve for Teochews on the first day of Chinese New Year. It's the dessert that must be served as the first meal of CNY to represent sweet beginnings and sweetness all year round. For this recipe, it's actually very versatile and there's no fixed ratio or anything complicated. The only essential ingredients are Dried Longans and rock sugar.
For my version, we will need:
100g Ginkgo nuts
40g Dried Lily Bulbs
50g Dried Longans
50g Dried White Lotus Seeds
Half a White Fungus
1 Dried Persimmon
30g Rock Sugar
5 Pandan Leaves
5 Red Dates
