Using the grapple on my Landhero Chinese mini skid steer to clean up debris from some trees I cut down. This thing is great for this type of work.

I have a question. My temperature gauge has never worked. It has a pink wire that isn’t connected to anything. Where is that supposed to be connected? Is there a temp sensor on the hydraulic oil tank?

You will find for micro skids the clamshell grapple works much better. Short open bottom helps dump into (over) dump trailers and opens wider to get a bigger bite of lite leafy vegetation. Works better with heavy logs too. Not A fan of smooth bottom grapples.

Yeah I agree. But this one was available locally for under $600 and I needed one quick. Ive gotten pretty good with it but a clamshell would probably be better and lighter. This thing is pretty heavy at 240lbs.
