Feel like there are too many comments from Chris on the people who made the dish when Judy was taste-testing it and made it really unfair and biased. Should also mention it's actually healthy, prevents neurodegenerative diseases. Glutamate is neurotransmitter, so it'll actually stimulate parts of the brain which means more growth instead of atrophy. The brain works very much like a muscle in that it gets stronger the more you use it, and it gets worse the less you use it.
