Chinatown Street Photography | NYC | Lumix s5iix

In today’s video i head down to Chinatown in New York City and work my way around the area and try to find strangers to grab their photo and street photography along the way, using the Lumix s5iix 50mm. Lets just say it was much harder than i thought it would be. So much so that i had to return the following week for another go at it because the first time was such a fail, and i had rejections and a really tough time capturing those candid moments especially with many chinese people not wanting themselves photographed.

@@bicyclistken yeah it was hard to figure out if the people I asked were even understanding me. I did this video over 2 outings to Chinatown and both times was hard to connect with the people there, but I still have an urge to learn about their lives in a meaningful way and hopefully photograph them in their best light.. one Day
