Great to see a 4x4 channel that is not about just jeeps...showing us that there are way more options that we think (about vehicle options) to go out there and have some real fun...

It’s fun to see the different ways different rigs tackle the same obstacles.
" The Playground" is actually the Rock Pile, the 2nd one you called the playground is called "The Stairs" and the one you said wasn't named is called The Chute. Good watch! just did that and Carnage Canyon after years of being out, and it was a blast!

What size and brand of lift are you running on the Tacoma? Does it rub much with 35's and did you have to relocate the cab mount? Thanks in advance, for anything you can share. Great video! I'll be scrolling through the rest and following from here on out!

It’s a long travel kit from Total Chaos Fab and a bunch of modifications by Nefarious Kustoms. Give them a call and tell them you saw the Tacoma on the Rogue Overland video, they can help you out. www.nefariouskustoms.com

Great video. No trail fails from the Jeep?
@RogueOverland

Thanks! No, they went around two of the major obstacles but besides that their driving was spot on.
Are you running the stock 1st gen engine (no supercharger)? If so, how is it with steep hills and crawls? I'm buying one, already SASed, but my old 01 x, didn't have the most power behind it
@RogueOverland
2 жыл бұрын
Correct, there is no supercharger on the yellow one. There is some engine work done which is summarized in this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y3h-0bSbhMLVZNY.html It does ok on steep hills on the highway if you can keep the momentum up but if you get behind some that slows you down then it’s hard to build the speed back. Off road it’s fine because it has crawler gears in the transfer case.

@rogueoverland where did you get your crawler gears, and what brand? Looking into it for my SASed 2000 X

Thank you! Don’t recall the wheels but that is one of the guys from Nisstec lifts (Zach). Give them a call and tell them you are interested in Zach’s xterra you say in the Rogue Overland video, they will help you out.
