Shantou is the biggest toys manufacturing hub in the world. Here you can find factories for all kinds of toys, Remote controlled cars, drones, planes, helicopters, transformers, educational toys, wooden toys, inflatable toys etc.
There are thousands of factories basically doing assembly work. Most of the parts such as car body, wheels, remote control, DC motors, batteries, chargers etc are made outside. These assembly factories will buy these parts and assemble as per the orders they get from customers.

Hi Naveen. I believe most of the electronic parts are not easy to manufacture in India at competitive prices are they involve chips etc the raw material of which are I believe costly.
