China coastguard ship which was a former grey ship suffered several holes, while the Philippine coastguard ship which is made in Japan suffered no damage at all. No! You are wrong. It’s referred to as West Philippine Sea by Philippines because it’s west of it. Other countries refer to it as South China Sea because that is the dominant and accepted term by majority of countries. Vietnam can refer to it as East Vietnam Sea but they don’t because collectively it is widely known and accepted as South China Sea
