Did you noticed both Russian Central Bank and Finance Minister are in China? This is not a typical visit among head of state.

"Limitless friendship" but not unconditional alliance. Sounds exactly like how new PM Lawrence Wong just described Singapore's relationship with both the US and China.

the title is actually brilliant in describing how China see the relation. China knows history, it knows the that world wars started because countries were forming alliances and becoming blocs. thus it does not seek alliances. this is the reason why Singapore cannot fullying side with China, because China will not protect anyone, alliances is liabilities can China does not wish to be involved in the liabilities of other countries. Russia is a key partner for Russia and there is no limited to "cooperation" with Russia. if all 4 word are the same, why would we need 4 word? it just a question of if you are smart enough to understand the difference.

The joint cooperation between China and Russia has a positive effect from the perspective of the world situation. It balances world power. It plays a balancing role to achieve world peace and avoid greater wars.

No need for formal defense alliance. The national security interest of both country won't allow either country to be destroyed by the West. In other word they will not stay neutral if either country face existential threat because it will also put their own security at risk. History shows how China interfere in Korea and Vietnam war against Western power. This non formal alliance will stay for at least couple of decades because both the West and Russia already close the door for reconciliation. This non formal alliance will only weaken if the US allow Russia back into Europe family. But it will never happen, because strong and united Europe means US lost its influence, it is also the reason for the Ukraine war.

Thanks to United States. China and Russia resources in terms of food, minerals, technogy, human power, market, security threat from other nations etc. are extremely complimentary to each other. The list is endles. When these two countries work close together, It will easily add another 1.5% to 2% to both countries GPD. For example, China could easily mobilize several millions people to Russia to turning unused land into something valuable. Another important element to this cooperation is that many other nations shall have greater confidence to join and cooperate with these two world powers. United States contribution to this cooperation is immense. Thanks to Biden. Without the Biden administration this cooperation could not possibily come to fruition so quickly.

In Chinese it is "无上限“, which means there is no upper limit. However, it says nothing about a lower limit. Obviously, the Chinese can keep the level of military cooperation pretty low so as not to provoke the West too much.

The China as biggest manufacturing country needing huge supplies of fossil fuel & gases energy n rich source of materials which Russia have plentiful making the relationship interdependent n complimentary. Both China's and Russia leadership wisely choosing to cooperate together for mutual gains.

Russia proved what a "Democracy" can be. And that every country can be a different democracy. So a lousy democracy is not fault of the concept of democracy but the implementation by each country. China can also claim to be a democracy or even allow voting. The result can also be effectively the same, a One Party Rule. All this is possible because there is no single Democracy. Its as varied as the number of countries that exist. Language is such that white can be said to be a form of black and vice versa

Why China got the unwanted one part rule? It's because the other party run to Taiwan and refused to return to the mainland and now have an idea to go independent which the other party in China won't allowed. They got no cofident of winning if they return to the mainland but at the very least TRY and return to fight another day. The runaway will forever be runaway cowards afraid of getting kill. But Mainland China party already changed, they wanted re unification and not killing the other party if they return to offer as another party to the one party in China.

The Russians or president Putin have different definitions on winning this war, they don't have the appetite to destroy and occupy kiev, a win for them is a Ukraine that is disarmed and got nothing to do with NATO to guarantee Russia's peace and security
