i can tell you everything in few words. Russia and China are mutually tied by this easy-compresible factor. China need prime material that Russia have endless, Russia need Chinense technology. That means, out the western countryes, we can live close togheter. And expecially, this kind of alliance is a landscape alliance, not at all a 'see-control-needed' alliance as it was, for examples the German-Italy in the second world war, where Germany needed to conquer the caucasus for theirselfs survival and italy need the mediterranean control for his survival. This alliance don't need a see-control because they are neighbirn and Russia have a lot of every single natural material a nation could need as China have all the manpower and all the technology Russia could need. So far, because international trade uses USD, all countries have to produce goods to sell in order to get USD so they can buy products in international trade, while the US as the owner of USD only needs to print USD to buy the products they want. Imagine, what would happen if the world no longer needed USD in world trade.
It will but mainly because the Western power decision making to face the challenge is too bad and un strategic lead by a bunch of opportunist, very bad leaders in term of character. The West and America have a poor record of making long term friendships. The only carrot sticks they have, are bribery blackmail, corruption, military force and assassinations, a very distasteful dinner for most World leaders and people. When the two countries work close together, It will easily add another 1.5% to 2% to both countries GPD. For example, China could easily mobilize several millions people to Russia to turning unused land into something valuable. Another important element to this cooperation is that many other nations shall have great confidence to join and cooperate with these two world powers. The presenter hasn't done her homework on what Russia & China have done in the past or what they are doing now. Scott Ritter made a visit to Russia, (to sell his latest Book regarding Arms limitations achieved when he was a Senior UN weapons inspector), Ritter reported that Russia has never been in a better position economically and was "awash with money" as; Russian exports have increased to their highest levels in history; As the Domestic economy has increased to it's highest level of production in history and even Russian Billionaires, who had initially fled Russia at the start of the Ukraine conflict and taken their finances overseas have returned to Russia. Russia is investing in itself with Dozens of mega projects under construction, Tech cities are being built, Multiple High Speed Train networks under construction, New Sea and Land transport networks being developed, new oil and gas fields being explored and brought into production. While on the otherside, (the Collective west), who imposed the sanctions appear to be in collective strife economically, politically and Militarily, which shows the difference in the long term planning strategies of Russia and China compared to the Collective west!!!
