    What’s a resellers certificate? Is it required by only dealer’s/businesses if you purchase large lots at auction and plan to resell??

  • @TheNurseFlipper

    @TheNurseFlipper

    4 жыл бұрын

    A sales tax certificate. Legally anyone selling should have one and you should charge your buyers sales tax at a minimum in your own state. So when you purchase items at auctions etc you show your certificate and you don't pay the sales tax because you will be collecting it when you sell the items.
