What a wonderful being Sally was. She was amazing and it's so sad that she has now passed away all these years later. She adopted so many babies during the course of her life at Monkey World.
It's odd to look back at these old episodes. Jim and Sally have passed away and Brian is now a fully grown alpha male with his own troupe.
It broke my heart to see his wife struggling to talk in this video. God bless yawl for keeping up Jim’s mission for his chimps and thank you from the bottom of my heart for loving these creatures.
this is first youtube video ive seen where a baby chimp gets a foster mom. ive seen orangutan and gorilla females adopt but no chimps this is amazing
Oh Sally, you absolute sweetheart! 🥰 That literally bought tears to my eyes seeing Sally and Brian hug. Sally is so in tune and just knows not to push it. She could honestly teach humans a thing or two. I can’t believe that poor little Brian’s teeth were knocked out. How cruel 😢😢
Life can be so beautiful and yet so cruel at the same time. Someone like him, to die so young is just absolutely heartbreaking. That shouldn't have happened to someone like him there's no Rhyme or Reason to it. My heart goes out to his wife
Jim must have inherited a pile of money so he decided to make his goal helping someone else and he chose the chimpanzees. I wish more rich people would do similar things, including drilling for water for millions in Africa and elsewhere.
Thank you Sally and mr Cronin. You will be missed but what a legacy you left to the world… life!. RIP sir.
Jim was way cool. I'm so sorry he isn't with us any more but he lives on with Allison and Jeremy.😘😘😘
Much respect to Allison for continuing and expanding Jim’s work.
I didn’t expect to see jim gone on this video. 🥺 God bless him for what he did for the chimps.
R.I.P. dear Jim.
Oh my gosh!! That is so unbelievably sweet!! Sally!! What a sweet, sweet soul.💗💗💗
Im so very sorry you lost your husband and I hope you've found some peace... The park is simply incredible and I wish I could see it and all the lives yall have saved that are so precious... ❤❤❤❤
It seems that the passing of Jim will be a huge loss for the world and especially for his loved ones and animals.
Such sad news but what an amazing legacy.
Jim’s dream is still alive, and thriving. Thank you to all the amazing people at monkey world. We love Allison, and the staff. God bless you all ❤🙏🏾
Bad things happen to wonderful people. Jim had so much left to give and I imagine, so much more he wanted to achieve. What a tragic loss of life and far too young. I cried watching this even though I know he passed away some years ago now. Having been to Monkey World I know what a special place this is. Alison has done a wonderful job in carrying on Jim's mission and his passion and I'm sure he's watching and feeling proud of her. Monkey World is a wonderful place and I hope it remains to be for many years to come. ❤❤❤❤
In latest monkey videos from other places I saw caregivers wearing a west with "monkey-like" fibers that resemble monkey hair. When they carry an orangutan baby, their vest is orange, when they carry baby gorilla, the vest with fibers are black.
Idk how many times I’ve prob seen this, but it is just as beautiful as it was the first time! ❤
