Cookies "Shishki"
Soft butter - 120 g
A pinch of salt
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Sugar - 70 gr
Sour cream - 100 gr
Flour - 250 gr
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Cocoa powder - 40 gr
Preparation:
Place soft butter, a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Grind everything with a spatula.
Then add sour cream and mix again.
Add sifted flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and knead the dough.
We put it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then divide into 18 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball. And then we make cookies as shown in the video.
