Yes but you’re wrong in a few of your details mate
May Malcolm young RIP, awesome guitar player, I remember in 1980when I was 14.
That house in Burleigh St, Burwood NSW, should be heritage listed as the birthplace of the mighty AC/DC.
Very respectfully done , thank you. Us Aussies cherish the Youngs. Miss you terribly Malcolm. xx
I went to that doctor and he said what's wrong and I said "I've been thunderstruck"
My favorite band in the whole world!!!!!!!!!
Malcolm is out there somewhere under all God's beautiful stars all lit up for him , like candles in the dark! Rip Malcolm!
Great way to start the day. AC/DC lead singer Brian Johnson lives in my hometown Sarasota Fla. He's as cool as can be.

@@LeveyHere He and his wife moved here at least 20 years ago. He's a car nut and so when I met him all we talked about were Aston Martin and other English cars. He's helped our local hospital with a children's area where kids can play all types of musical instruments. Like I said he's a cool guy with none of the rock star attitude. Cheers.

Perry Neuroth Angus owns a place in Kangaroo Point in Sydney and I bumped into his wife, then him on Kurnell Beach. He is so unassuming and genuinely nice and I didn’t want to be an obnoxious fan, even though Angus, Mal and Bon are closest you’ll get to religion in Australia, I merely exchanged pleasantries and left them to their beach walk.
I'm watching this from Glasgow where it is a very bleak and cold mid winter's day. I can see why the Youngs (and Colin Hay's family) moved to Melbourne! Beautiful place.
Gotta love the Young Family, Bon Scott, Brian Johnson and all of ACDC they set the Rock and Roll standard.
Their sister's name was Margret not Martha.
That was powerful music. I can still rev it up in my car at 63. Makes me feel a lot younger. Thanks Jordan. Jeff/Boston
Thank you for showing some ACDC history. I have always loved Back in Black, Highway to Hell and You Shook Me All Night Long. ACDC were the epitome of the 70's & 80's rock for me and I still love them today. Beautiful church. RIP Bon and Malcolm. Loved this vlog.
Thanks Jordan - I grew up when AC DC was always on the radio everywhere
Bagpipes playing "It's A Long Way To The Top (If You Wanna Rock N Roll) as Malcolm is carried out to go to his final resting place... It doesn't get any more poetic than that Thanks for this Jordan AC/DC is legend Enjoyed seeing this charming part of Sydney What incredible blue sky I know Malcolm is up there kicking it with Bon Love your vlogs Jordan They always make me smile Godspeed brother😃💝🎆

Remember going to the black ice tour in 2008 to 2009 and I'll never forget watching the band from up above Rest in Peace to bon and Malcolm there rocking out in glory 🤘
Glad you covered the mighty ACDC while you were there. 🤘🤘

Great vlog 👍, excellent locations and sites. The legend that is Brian Johnson is from my neck of the woods, Newcastle upon Tyne 😋.ACDC pure legends band,RIP Malcolm.
Great video. You can really tell a great story. Sydney looks so beautiful.
it's funny how some of the greats start out with just humble beginnings, AC/DC are Rock n Roll, Malcolm and Angus have always been humble, in my opinion, very cool for posting this .

kia kaha I'll always remember Malcolm listening to a younger fan on the sidewalk telling him for a good while how he felt when he listened to AC/DC and Malcolm listened intensely eye to eye and nodded like he was an employee taking notes as long as the kid talked. I thot man that guy knows who he's making music for and doesn't take it lightly.
You should come to Western Australia Jordan. Fremantle Cemetry the final resting place for Bonn Scott☹️

Great story. My dad held his own and got drunk as hell with Bon and the band back in the day. At the east gambier football club in South Aus. His favourite band so it was a memory he treasured. RIP dad, RIP Bon, forever Malcolm Young.🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

An awesome way to start the day with some AC / DC ! Van Halen fans may disagree but this is the only band with 2 iconic albums with different vocalists Highway To Hell with Bon & Back In Black with Brian.

I have said this for years!!! The only 2 bands that I personally liked the new lead singers are VH & AC/DC! Not that anyone is better or worse, by any means! I just like Bryan Johnson and Sammy Hagar. 5150 was a completely different sound for VH and I think that was a good thing. When bands try to find a new front man that is like the previous one, I think that can be setup for disappointment. Props to DLR and Bon Scott for being the originators though. Greatness has to begin somewhere....🤘🏼🎶♥️

My fav rock band ever! Thanks Jordan!!
Thanks for the awesome video and great insight and history of the greatest aussie band ever. Thanks from Tassie, Aus
My favorite band!!!!!! Thank you, Jordan!!!!
The 1975 High Voltage really only had two cover songs being Baby Please Don’t Go and Show Business. But that album smokes!

Another great video 👍🏼thanks I love AC⚡️DC 🤘🏻
RIP Malcolm Young Thankyou for this video... Malcolm was the reason I picked up Guitar. What a Riff-master he was...timing perfect and what Rockin' riffs he made. A finer rhythm guitarist there never was. Thanks for the music n memories Malcolm..... If you gotta go, ya gotta go, but man what a way to go. 'Thousands of adoring fans lining the streets..... as The Scotch College Pipers play.... "It's a Long Way to the Top if You Wanna Rock n Roll...." Rock in Peace Malcolm.
Great vlog Jordan! My High School was St Mary’s Cathedral College, just behind the church. Didn’t realise that’s where they had his funeral.
great to see his house and the area it all started , awesome vlog !!!
Really enjoyed this J. Thank you!
I love this video ! Thanks for the upload!
Jordan, thank you for another awesome vlog! I always learn something new ! Keep up the great work!
I was stationed in Germany and that song Highway to Hell. Played all the time in the barracks. Good video.
Jord, what can I say, you didn’t disappoint!! My all time favorite band. And you did them proud!!! There is no greater Rock/Roll band then these guys. I’ve seen the 4 times in concert over 40 years. Honestly every concert I saw was better then the one before. They are Masters of there craft.. loved it , Susie Miller
Neat vlog my friend, I have learnt so much watching you. You are most awesome person.
Next time you’re in Holland, you should visit Angus’ home. It’s pretty impressive too. I’ve been an AC/DC fan for more than twenty years, but I think they should have done the honorable thing after Malcolm died and Brian and Phil were dismissed, and retired the band name. They are only a shadow of their former selves today. By the way, lederhosen and a schoolboy uniform are completely different things. I enjoyed this video, thank you for posting

Great research Jordan! Thank you!
Appreciate this vlog so much! I will tell my son about a band he listened to endless when he was younger.
Thank you so much Jordan!!!!!
Awesome vlog. Malcolm was a very intriguing person. The. Church was absolutely beautiful! The grief his family felt was excruciating I am sure and probably felt the most by his brother. They seemed so close. Great vlog Jordan, definitely one for the books!
Very cool thanks for your time

Great Band, great Albums, sad loss !
As soon as you mentioned George's name, my mind immediately went to "Friday on My Mind". Fantastic song! I always like when you enter churches to show us what the inside looks like and that church is very beautiful. So sad what happened to Malcolm because he was so young.

tony miller There has been several claims from Bon’s ex Silver Smith as well as his mate and AC/DC booking agent Doug Thaler, among others, over the years that Bon Scott had, in at least part, written lyrics for You Shook Me All Night Long. There are certain lyrics that are stylistically Bon’s like “she told to me to come but I was already there” and that “sightless eyes” was taken from chartreuse eyes, which apparently was an eye colour of a lady he dated. I’m not saying Bon Scott penned the whole song go to whoa, only it’s possible certain ideas Bon was working on with the band prior to his death filtered through into the finished product. It doesn’t change the fact it’s a kick ass song from the greatest export Australia has ever had, AC/DC. Hardly worth jumping all over the lady for making a claim that has been made many times before but is it?
My kinda vlog. Old Rock has a special place in my heart. Both my brothers and my dad played guitar. My older brother played in local rock bands. When he lived in Florida he hung out with some of the members of Cheap Trick. There was always Fenders sitting on there stands when I was growing up. Thank you Jordan. You always take me down memory lane.
Great video! This is so cool!
Hi Jordan, that looked a lovely church at the start of the vlog. Wow, you got a few good views of the property. Dementia is such a horrible disease. I really liked it when you were driving over the bridge. What a lovely church at the end, inside and out, and beautiful stained glass windows.Great vlog Jordan.

I live close to Burwood, and have been a Sydney guy all my life (though that'll be changing when I move to Tasmania next year). The same people that did Malcolm's funeral service also did my grandmother's funeral a couple of years ago - only a much smaller church. I recognise some of the people working for the service. During the 60's/70's, my grandmother lived in Melbourne and was a friend of Bon Scott during his days with The Valentines, and a little before he joined Fraternity. She was amused by being mentioned in Irene Thornton's book 'my Bon' as a 'white witch'. That was 50 years ago. I don't have a connection with AC/DC, and although it's within walking distance, I've never checked out where the Youngs lived. Thanx for the video
Wow Australia is beautiful I love this video take care
Nice tribute vlog Jordan!
I thought the boys grew up in Melbourne? Great to see you driving on the correct side of the road.

Didn't know about the Scotland connection Thanks for the history! My Dad banned rock & roll from our home. We only heard Hank Williams (and heard Elvis when he wasn't home). My Montreal cousins told us about Kiss and AC/DC. Revolution hit our home and Dad lost! He really lost. It was the late 70s. We didn't have a color tv until 1980.
