Child Safe Deadbolt Lock

The Easilok deadbolt has a child lock and you can lock the deadbolt when you leave your home by twisting the outside knob. The Easilok lock is stainless steel and has a unique key that work with either side up.

wow ,thank you for sharing .It looks convenient and the quality is good.
Not great that someone with a key can’t unlock it from outside if child lock is on. What if one parent left to go to store and is coming home. Not a great idea to leave child lock off just so one parent can come back in.

Exactly! I’m on the hunt for a smart lock that actually has a good child lock on it. So far everything is falling short.
What if I have Alzheimer parent that I need to leave at home sometimes. Can this work?

Hi, the locking button is small and on the bottom of the knob, so it's not obvious. The problem is, it could be a hazard if there is a fire or other emergency.
