Yes chechi very ryt i understood everything youve said in this vid. Im a 16 year old who survived depression even after reaching its last phase. It started when i I was 11 years old in 6th grade. Thankfully I got out of it as a miracle after 3 years. Dont know how i got through it but i would havent got through without my frnd. She is the only one who knows how much ive suffered. None of my family members know how much I've struggled during those 3 years. I kept it all to myself and finally decided to take my life. If my frnd hadnt been there i definitely would not be alive now. She was the one who gave me hope. And yes exactly chechi i still get triggered and i go into that depressive phase again for hours. Depression really buried the real me and when i somehow escaped through the black hole i forgot to grab my real self. Now ive changed into a completely diff person. Ive lost myself, my routine everything. I want to get it back slowly. You are an amazing person. Chechi josh talk kandittu i was able to connect. Definitely depressionloode pokunnavarkke angottum ingottum manasilaavu. I wish to be a bold person like you...

This is so true, real depression is when u smile but is dealing with lot of things.U have overcome so much alone, u only smile. And yes, still those certain trigger words, certain people and even your abusers( abuse can be emotional or physical) voice triggers you... distance is the only way.

I had RDD(Recurrent depressive disorder)around 5 yrs.(during my 13-18 yrs old)We cannot explain the feelings and emotions that we are going through.. I had suicidal tendency,different kind of delusions and so many symptoms.. I had counselling sessions,medicines and a lot of things..now i am out of it since 12 yrs..i am completely ok..depression is not just a word.. Its really a hard state
