쫄깃한 모짜렐라 치즈를 듬뿍 넣어 쭉 늘어나는 치즈빵을 만들었어요~
반죽에 생크림을 넣어 고소한 풍미가 나서 치즈와 맛이 잘 어울려 좋더라구요~
치즈를 듬뿍 넣어 오븐 안에서 보글보글 넘쳐 흐르는 모습이 정말 먹음직스러웠어요~
뜨거울 때 바로 쭈욱 갈라 먹으면 눈으로도 만족스럽고 맛도 만족스러운 1석 2조의 빵이에요~
저는 8개로 분할해 만들었는데 크기는 취향대로 조절해 만드셔도 좋을 것 같아요~
윗면에 체다치즈와 섞인 슈레드 치즈와 파슬리를 뿌려 구우니 훨씬 먹음직스러워 보여서 좋았어요~

▶재료
강력분 250g
설탕 25g
소금 3g
드라이 이스트 5g
달걀 1개
생크림 100g
물 50g
모짜렐라치즈 300g
슈레드치즈
파슬리 가루
▶레시피
1. 반죽기에 강력분, 설탕, 소금, 드라이 이스트를 넣고 가볍게 섞고 달걀, 생크림, 물을 넣고 매끄러워질 때까지 약 15분 정도 반죽한다.
2. 모양을 동그랗게 잡아 볼에 담아 랩을 덮어 2배정도로 부풀도록 약 1시간 정도 발효한다.
3. 반죽의 가스를 빼고 8개로 분할 한 뒤 동글리고 랩을 덮어 약 15분 정도 둔다.
4. 반죽을 넓게 펴고 모짜렐라 치즈를 넣고 감싼 뒤 모양을 동그랗게 만들어 오븐 팬에 올려 랩을 덮어 20분 정도 발효한다.
5. 반죽 윗면을 가위로 살짝 잘라 벌리고 슈레드 치즈와 파슬리 가루를 뿌린 뒤 180도 예열한 오븐에서 15분 정도 굽는다.

250g Bread flour
25g Sugar
3g Salt
5g Dry yeast
1 Egg
100g Heavy cream
50g Water
300g Mozzarella cheese
Shredded cheese
Parsley flakes

저는 빠다 한거 좋아해서 반죽에 버터 200g정도 넣었구요. 일단 빵 자체가 굉장히 맛있게 됐어요^^ 버터 없었어도 맛있었을거에요~ 제 최애 레시피 될거 같네요^^ 감사합니다~
