Chicken Stuffed Buns Recipe | Homemade Buns Recipe by Nishoo's kitchen
Chicken stuffed buns are a super tasty and satisfying baked treat popular cuisines.
Chicken stuffed buns are soft buns filled with a savory chicken mixture, making for a perfect snack or meal. For making this recipe it consists of shredded or minced chicken cooked with onions, garlic, and a blend of spices or seasonings, such as black pepper cumin, salt etc. The seasoned chicken is then wrapped in a soft dough and baked until golden brown. These buns are often enjoyed warm and can be served with a tea or cold drink.
Ingredients and directions:
For Chicken Filling:
-add cooking oil in a frying pan, add garlic, onion & mix it well.
-Add chicken mince & mix it well. Cook until it changes color.
-Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder ,cumin powder, ,tomato paste, mix well & cook for 4-5min on medium flame. Set it aside and let it cool.
Prepare Dough:
-take a bowl, add warm water to it, sugar and instant yeast.
- mix it well, cover & let it proof for 5 minutes.
-Add egg, cooking oil, salt & mix it well.
-Add all-purpose flour, mix well & knead until
dough is formed.
-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place.
-Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough until smooth.
-Make a small dough balls (70g) greese with oil & spread it with the help of hands.
-Add 2 tbs of prepared chicken filling, apply
water, & seal to make a ball properly.
-Place all stuffed buns in a dish,cover and let it proof for 15 minutes.
-take a small bowl,add egg yolk, milk, butter & whisk well.
-Apply it on the buns & sprinkle with sesame seeds.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
