Looks great! Easy indeed :) For me the golden tip I once got is the "elevated Ketchup" recipe: Tomato ketchup with union powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. You can soften the spice and flavor with a bit of mayonaise if you like. Perfect with fries also! Anyway: your recipe is on my to-cook-list! Dyakuyu tobi!
