I just bought a 450E. I’ve searched KZread over for someone, anyone showing how to use the dang thing! The Z Grills channel and website are less than helpful. Thank you so much for posting this! Would you consider doing a follow-up one (series) with more tips on how to use a 450 and maybe advice on what temps/times to use for different meats?

I did a brisket on it and it came out great. I will be smoking a whole turkey on it next week sometime.
