Awesome. I once had Chicken that tasted heavenly in a Chinese restaurant in Durban, South Africa. Could never figure out how it tasted so tender and yum. I think this is it. Will definitely do the fried rice and chicken and put the spicy tomato relish on the side. Thank you for cooking up a storm
