Welcome to Curry Kitchens, Today I am going to show you How to make Chicken Lollipops.This one of the best Appetizer recipe. We use Chicken wings and cut as it shows in video.
Marinating
-salt
-white pepper pdr
-Chopped ginger,Ginger garlic paste,Kashmir Chili pdr or paste,soy sauce,lemonjuice
-corn flour,all propse flour or maida,egg
and let it rest for 30 minute then fry 300 F for 7 minutes and 350 F for another 5 minutes .
You can eat as it is or tossed in Sauce.
