These poor hens have never seen even a tiny bit of green or blue sky through their entire lives. They never had freedom to run... I buy my chicken from a local farmer who raises his chicken with love and care. They're enjoying fresh air and great love whenever they need it. Not only are their lives way better, but their meat and especially their meat will taste soo much better. You can see that the color of their egg yellow is different

@@avcl8796 I see your point. I must point out that I don't pay more money at the farmer's market than at the grocery store. Even if it were more expensive at the farm I would just eat meat twice a week and have high quality meet than eat meet every day but sacrificing quality. Especially the vegetables last much longer and taste fresher and juicier at the market but are cheaper at the same time. That's because they don't import nothing. Sell depends on the season of the year. Of course I understand your point

You get the most amount of proteins in Fish fyi....And eating non veg in a limit is not bad...U can't get the same amount of protein in any veg food as compared to egg and fish ..And as they say, "The fittest on the planet shall survive"

I worked on a poultry farm, but on the video the conditions seem cleaner and more comfortable. As at the Healthy Farm

Unlike private raised poultry, these bird never have the opportunity to live their lives in the short time they are alive. I've worked in all sorts of poultry facilities. This isn't farming, it's manufacturing. Even the people who grow them for these places lose out. Sometimes LOSING money for their work.

I think everyone should have to take part in it if they choose to use or consume the end product. It makes people appreciate it more. Being removed from the process of growing and butchering animals means more people feel free to overlook cruelty that happens in the industry. Being apart from the food we eat also takes us farther away from what it means to be a part of nature.

What lives? They literally aren't given a life in the first place, and I'm not just talking about the male chicks who get shredded right after they hatch. There's a reason why they didnt show what the farm looked like when the chickens were fully grown. Because it's a fucking nightmare and would probably get age restricted on youtube. Try searching for these kinds of videos on websites like Liveleak or Kinderworld. You'll be surprised about the difference.

Those Cornish cross xhixkens are alittle.over a month old.in fact any chicken you buy in a store is about 40 days. they're genetically modified to grow that fast, alot of them.form.defects. they can't stand cause they getheavy so fast and the legs are splayed out and others die of heart attacks.
