For this recipe you need:
🔹️ 3 chicken tenderloins (750 grams)
🔹️ 1 red pepper (capia pepper)
🔹️ parsley
🔹️ 4 cloves of garlic
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 8 grams of salt
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 2 grams of mint
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 2 grams of curry
🔹️ (2 teaspoons) 4 grams of paprika
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 2 grams of black pepper
for internal mixture;
🔹️ 3 potatoes (750 grams)
🔹️ 3 carrots (250 grams)
🔹️ (half a teaspoon) 4 grams of salt
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 2 grams of red pepper
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 2 grams of black pepper
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 2 grams of mint
🔹️ 100 grams of cheddar cheese ( mozzarella)
to lubricate the tray;
🔹️ (3 tablespoons) 30 ml olive oil
for sauce;
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 20 grams of tomato paste
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 8 grams of salt
🔹️ (3 tablespoons) 30 ml olive oil
🔹️ (1 cup) 200 ml hot water
For the above;
🔹️ 100 grams of cheddar cheese ( mozzarella)
First baking: ✔ 30 - 35 minutes in an oven at 180 °C
2nd baking: ✔ 10 minutes in an oven at 180 °C

Спасибо за рецепт, но если смешать фарш с овощами, и придать форму тефтелей, потом запечь с соусом, это будет быстрее.
