Chicken Gyros | Grilled chicken gyros recipe
Today I’m making one of my favorite summer dishes on the grill. It's chicken gyros made from chicken thighs, served with fresh vegetables and tzatziki sauce.
This is a perfect party recipe as it’s very easy to make, it’s no problem to prepare it in large quantities and since it’s served in a flatbread, you don’t need to clean a ton of dishes, once the guests leave. Let’s do it.
