3.5 oz/100 g bean sprouts

1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine
2 cloves of garlic
6 oz/180 g chicken breast
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp white pepper powder
2 tsp corn starch
3 tsp water
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cups of cooked rice
1 cup jasmine rice
1 cup water
1 tsp oil
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 large eggs
5/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper powder

No overrated MSG in sight 👍I shall try this tomorrow, looks great.
TRIED IT: used four day old white rice that was never used from Chinese takeout earlier in the week (6 little boxes). Used a whole rotisserie chicken that I deboned and chunked up the meat - including the roasted skin. Used about a tablespoon of fresh grated ginger when I fried up the garlic and the unbattered chicken (since it was already cooked). I didn’t have carrots so I used 1 red & 1 orange pepper and I julienned a zucchini and added just a handful of snow pea pods to the bean sprout stir fry. We like spice, so I added a good teaspoon+ of chili garlic sauce too. Even though I went off the rails a bit, I still followed all the other steps. It turned out really good!! The entire family (of 7) enjoyed it and we had NO leftovers!!!

Hi Stacey I just made this fried rice recipe and didn't have the same success as with your other recipes. While the chicken was fantastic the rice started to mush as soon as the eggs were stirred in. I think I may try it again with cold rice. Keep sharing your great recipes.

I like to go.out and eat at Kim Sans Chinese Restaurant in Scottsboro Alabama. Their food is delicious. I love the fried rice they serve. They have sweet and sour chicken They have carrots and onion. They have a red sauce good with their soy sauce all good. Yours looks delicious 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋

Thank you for your feedback. Greatly appreciated, but rice in and of itself is not a gluten containing product. Many rice wines, however, are fermented using gluten containing products and therefore are not safe for celiac.
