chicken escalopes. These were one of the most popular on the menu when I worked in the pub. back then it was 2 small escalopes with peas carrots and chips. so I have brought it up to date with fresh rocket and lemon pepper butter. serve it with some nice triple-cooked chips and you get a really lovely meal.
