The best utensils are Grandma's hands! I love the way she cleans the food over and over before she cooks it. She takes time to cook it she doesn't just throw it together. Cooking for her is an art and it clearly shows.

Yummmmm.😋...the chicken looks delicious! I never tried deep frying anything in coconut oil..🤔..I will definitely be trying that out soon. All the seasonings, spices and 'curd" Grandmama put on the chicken looked great!🤗 I've always made a wet batter/coating for my chicken....the crust turns out very crispy like that. Best village cooking videos on the Net. This hard working lady ( I wish I knew her name to thank her) is so neat, clean and very perfect about how she prepares and cooks her meals that I would LOVE.
