The lavash bread is the same as "roti" from India except that it does not contain yeast or other raising agents. And the pita bread is the same as the "naan" bread of India and the Middle East.

We are Americans in Finike traveling by sail boat. We really enjoy your cooking channel. I’ve tried several recipes and they have all been a hit. If you get anywhere near us we’d love to meet you. We will be sailing up to Istanbul in may also. :)

@@TFT no we don't add yeast in roti..it's just whole wheat flour or white flour with salt.

@@TFT in India too it is roti. Whole flour and water . Thats it. If you stuff it and tava fry a little, it becomes Prantha.

Wow what a simple short cut to make doner kebabs. Now ican make it without that machine used for cooking doner. I am from pakistan and a lover of everything turkish /ottoman.
