🔷️ Ingredients for Sheets
- all purpose flour 3 cup / 400g
- corn flour 1.5 cup
- salt 1 tsp
- white peper 1/2 tsp
- oregano 1 tsp
- chicken powder 1.5 tbs
- baking powder 1/2 tsp
- egg 3
- milk 1 cup
- oil 2 tbs
🔷️ Ingredients for crepes filling
- chicken boneless 500g ( boil with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black peper )
- cabbage as required
- green onion 5-6 tbs
- salt 1/2 tsp
- oregano 1/2 tsp
- chinese salt 1 tsp
- black peper 1 tsp
- cheese mix 500g or as required
