NOTE :- If you want to bake this chicken tikka , then bake it in preheated oven @230°c for 15-20 mins & then roast the chicken on gas flame to give the charred effect.
INGREDIENTS
For 1st Marination
Chicken Breast - 400 gms
Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1
Salt - 1 tsp
(Rest the mixture for minimum 1 hr)
For BHUNA BESAN
Mustard Oil - 3 tbsp
Besan - 3 tbsp
Haldi - 1/2 tsp
For 2nd Marination
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
Hung curd - 1 Cup
Jeera pwd - 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya pwd - 1 tsp
Kitchen king Masala - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Haldi pwd - 1/2 tsp
Kala Namak - 1/2 tsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Garlic cloves - 6 ( chopped)
Ginger - 1/2 inch (chopped)
Green chillies - 1 (chopped)
Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp (chopped)
( Rest the mixture for 2 hrs)
For GREEN CHUTNEY
Garlic - 3 cloves
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies - 1 nos
Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 th tsp
Curd - 3/4 th cup
Cold Water - For Blending
For CABBAGE SALAD
Onion (Sliced) - 1 nos
Tomatoes (Julienne) - 1 nos
Cabbage (Shredded) - 1 nos
Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
